Service Description
As you may have noticed, we do not waste your time with Discovery Calls, aka "The 20 min Sales Pitch". Your new patient appointment with a naturopathic doctor is just as important as seeing your medical doctor. Our time is used to focus completely on you - your concerns, health history, and goals - by the end of our first meeting, you will be enriched with real insights and clear steps forward in achieving your health goals, confident you have been heard. Your journey to vibrant wellness begins here. During this 90 minute appointment, we’ll explore your health history and goals, nutrition, exercise, and emotional and mental well-being. Together, we’ll uncover the root cause(s) of imbalance and craft a personalized wellness plan tailored to your specific needs. You’ll receive customized herbal recommendations, as well as, individualized guidance on nutrition, stress support, and holistic lifestyle practices. After this appointment, clients will receive their: Program Welcome Box, Customized Holistic Binder, and Herbal supplements/Recommendations. Initial packages are shipped overnight, within 48 business hours of your appointment. We will also order your CMP labs prior to this appointment (included in cost of visit). This is your time to be heard, supported, and empowered with natural solutions rooted in tradition and holistic care.
Cancellation Policy
All new patients are required to schedule an Herbal Consultation first. This appointment is necessary in order to get a thorough understanding of your needs and goals. Once your appointment has been scheduled you will receive an Health Assessment packet within 1 business day. This packet must be completed and returned within 2 business days of your scheduled appointment. You may reschedule within 1 business day of your appointment. There are no refunds for no show appointments. You are considered no show if you are 30 minutes late without notifying us that you will be late. Though appointments are virtual there are still some requirements in place to ensure focus and privacy: 1. We ask that you do your best to ensure you are in quiet and private area during your appointment. We recognize that your child(ren) may be present but we do ask that you try to minimize as much distraction as possible. Keep in mind, your initial appointment will last 1 hour 30 minutes, we ask that you prepare for this time. 2. Limit your appointment support guests to no more than 2 adults. For example, adult children on the call with an elderly or ailing parent. Keep in mind the appointment is focused on the scheduled client only. All consultation appointments will include the initial herbal recommendations, including Custom Apothecary medicines, for up to 14 days, to get you started. Herbal Recommendations (inclusive with appointments and requires no additional charge) Virtual - Standard - Ships the same day if appointment is before 3 PM otherwise, it will ship the next day. If you are local, you may also pick up your order during business hours. Virtual - Custom - Ships within 2 business days or you may pick it up. Pick-up Policy: ID and signature required for all pick-up orders. You may have someone else pick up your order, as long as you notify us in advance. For certain custom orders, an adult over the age of 21 may be required to pick up.
